That’s right, his new long-termer is the carwow Car of the Year 2021, the Toyota GR Yaris! After reviewing it last year, Mat pretty much fell in love with it on the spot – so he just had to get one in for a few months!
Now we know he loved it when he got his hands on it to review, but that was only for one day! So how will he find it when he’s living with it as a daily driver? Will the love hold strong? Or will he miss his RS6 or A45 S?

The struts mounts aren't going to last 20,000 miles. Trust me, I own one. Toyota strut mounts were better back in the days. That's just about though. Besides that.. It's awesome.

@carwow hoping you start business in America, specially in Latin America but if you do that, please do not put mexicans behind the show, they cannot talk very well.
I know that it’s almost comparing apples and oranges, but… could you do a head-to-head comparison with a BMW M235i/M240i? BMW is supposed to be the ultimate driving machine, but what I’ve been seeing and reading about the GR Yaris makes me think that Toyota may have taken a page from their German competitor’s design philosophy book.

8:03 quiet exhaust is the right choice. a loud exhaust makes a car so unusable/annoying in many situations. i wouldn't want to go to a business meeting with a loud exhaust.
